What you will learn
- Use AI to explain difficult topics at your level
- Create study plans, flashcards and practice questions
- Use AI honestly within your school’s rules
Used the right way, AI can be the most patient tutor you’ve ever had. Used the wrong way, it can stop you from learning. Here is how to get the benefits.
Five powerful ways to study with AI
- Explain it differently. “Explain photosynthesis using a kitchen example.” If one explanation doesn’t click, ask for another.
- Quiz yourself. Ask for practice questions and answer them before seeing the solutions.
- Make flashcards. Paste your notes and ask for question-and-answer cards.
- Plan your time. “Make a 3-week revision plan for these 6 chapters, 2 hours a day.”
- Find your mistakes. Share your own solution and ask where you went wrong.
Learn, don’t copy
If AI writes your assignment, you miss the learning — and may break your institution’s rules. A good habit: use AI to understand, then write in your own words. Always check whether your teacher allows AI for a given task.
Check the facts
AI can make mistakes, especially with numbers, dates and formulas. Cross-check with your textbook.
Bonus: career exploration
Ask AI to explain careers you’re curious about, the skills they need, and a beginner project you could try this month.
